Generations You Need to Know

As a children's ministry leader, you need to know the generations and their character traits. This will enable you to minister to them more effectively. It's a given that you should be familiar with today's kids who fall into the categories of Gen Z and Gen Alpha. But you must remember, as a children's ministry leader, you interact with all of these generations. Great grandparents and grandparents that serve. Parents that you seek to influence so they will raise their kids to follow Jesus for a lifetime. Young adults and students that are serving in the ministry.
