B141 is short for "Be One For One." In this training, volunteers learn how they can move from just "putting in their time" serving to really making a significant impact in the life of a child.
 
Volunteers are given 7 practical steps they can take to leave a legacy through serving. The training includes an icebreaker, relevant teaching, thought-provoking discussions, activities and a prayer experience. It is designed to be taught with volunteers grouped together by the age group they minister to. Includes teacher notes, handouts and media graphics. All notes and handouts are editable so you can customize for your specific ministry.
