Top 10 Kids' Shows on Netflix

September 27, 2019

I often say "today's kids are not yesterday's kids."  It's true.  Today's kids are growing up in a world much different than the world we grew up in.

That's being said, it is important to stay informed about what today's kids like.

When a missionary prepares to go to a different country, they spend time getting to know the culture of that country.  What the people like to eat.  What language they speak.  How they dress.  What they like to do for  entertainment.

As a children's ministry leader, you are a missionary to kids. Which BTW, is the greatest mission field in the world.  There are over 2 billion kids in the world today and they are open and receptive to the Gospel.

There are many places you can visit to see what today's kids like.  Places like the toy aisle at a store.  On the Disney and Nickelodeon channels.  Video games.  Cereal boxes.  Game apps.  Movies.

It's important to keep up with the ever-changing world of today's kids.

One place you can find out some valuable info. about today's kids is on Netflix.  Keep up-to-date about what today's kids are watching on Netflix.  Here is the current top 10 kids' shows on Netflix.

If you have Netflix, the next time you are scrolling through movies, stop by one or more of these and watch it for a few minutes.  It will give you an inside look at what today's kids like.

Doing this can give you some great conversation starters with kids and relevant stories and content to bring into your lessons for kids.

With no further ado, here are the top 10 kids' shows on Netflix at the time of this writing. (based on findings of Common Sense Media)
